To prevent damage such as crushed outer boxes or torn shrink wrap (plastic film), trading card products—including sealed boxes, decks, and set items—must be packaged properly.
If an item arrives packaged in a way that could cause damage upon opening, the transaction may be canceled.
1. Wrap the item in cushioning material (such as bubble wrap).
2. Place it into an appropriately sized cardboard box.
3. Fill any empty space with cushioning material to secure the item so it does not move inside the box.
4. Securely seal the box openings with tape.
5. Ship using a trackable method.

Please cover and wrap the item using cushioning material like bubble wrap. Pay extra attention to protecting the corners, as outer box corners are particularly easily damaged during transit.
*Please refrain from using opened empty boxes as substitute packaging materials when shipping packs or similar items.
To prevent boxed products from being crushed or damaged due to pressure, please be sure to pack them inside a cardboard shipping box and use an appropriately sized cardboard box that matches the dimensions of the item.
Please refrain from shipping items in paper bags, poly mailers, or envelopes (including thin packaging materials like Letter Pack), or applying tape or stickers directly onto the item itself or its shrink wrap, as this may cause damage to the product.
You may use reused cardboard boxes—including boxes previously received from SNKRDUNK as long as they are suitable for shipping and completely protect and cover the product without exposing it.
To prevent boxes from being crushed or damaged, please ship trading card and hobby items together with other trading card or hobby items whenever possible.
Please Avoid Shipping Together with Sneakers Including items with sneakers may cause card boxes to get crushed, or risk cards getting accidentally slipped inside the sneaker box.
*Shipping together with non-sneaker items, such as apparel, is permitted.
When Shipping Single Cards Together with Boxes, Packs, etc.
If you are shipping single cards in the same cardboard box alongside sealed boxes or packs, please package each type of item separately.
*When shipping single cards together, please do not insert them between crumpled paper or cushioning material, as there is a risk they may be accidentally discarded during inspection.

For large set products that arrive in a dedicated manufacturer shipping box, such as "Pokémon Card Game Classic" or "Pokémon Card Game Team Rocket's Glory Attache Case Set", you may use that shipping box directly as the outer box for delivery and attach the shipping label directly to it.
